This high-speed Ethernet extender requires no power outlet on the remote side, because power is provided by the extender on the central side across the UTP cable. 

The VDSL PoE Ethernet Extender Kit features two extenders. The central-side extender is a PoE PSE device, which supplies power to the remote-side extender, which is a PoE PD device. This eliminates the need to supply a spare power outlet for the remote-side extender. 

• Supports distances of up to 984 feet (300 m) at 98/53 Mbps on 26 AWG voice-grade UTP cable.
• Enables you to save money by reusing infrastructure.
• The central-side unit provides power to the remote unit across the VDSL2 paper.
• Kit includes two extenders—one for the central side and one for the remote side.
• Supports 100-Mbps downstream and 60-Mbps upstream for distances up to 500 feet (152.4 m).
